Day 2SULTAN PALACE – VW BOROBUDUR TOUR ( B/L/D )
Breakfast in a hotel. In the morning, visit “KRATON " – Sultan palace, the home of the Yogyakarta king, ahead of Magelang and explore the villages surrounding Borobudur temple using a VW Safari car (4 seater capacity). During 2 hours, we’ll go around the villages starting from Balkondes Tuksongo, visiting the workshop of the Javanese sugar factory you can see or practice how to make Javanese Sugar; continue the trip by visiting Balkondes Ganjuran to see a honey bee farm. You may stop at a nice spot to take photos to capture the memories of beautiful Menoreh Hill during the route. The VW car will drop you at a local restaurant for lunch and, in the afternoon, visit Borobudur, the biggest Buddhist temple, before returning to the hotel.
